Reservations
Classes, Try 'n' Flys, events, and parties are by reservation only. To hold a spot in a class, a
credit card number is needed. You may provide your credit card info over the telephone or the
class may be
purchased online. CASH is accepted at the trapeze. If the class is purchased
online, please bring the confirmation of purchase with you to your class.

Cancellations
The Flying Trapeze School has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes, and a 72 hour
cancellation policy for all parties and events. If you cancel a class less than 24 hours before the
start of the class you will be charged in full. If you cancel a private session less than 72 hours
before, you will loose your 50% deposit.

Weather Policy
If a class is cancelled prior to the start of the class due to inclement weather, you will be notified
no less than 30 minutes before the start of the class at which point you may reschedule your
class. If a class is cancelled after it has already begun, you will receive 50% off your next class.

Packages
Class packages may be purchased in 5, 10, 15, and 20 class increments. Classes are
non-transferable and will expire either 4 months (for 5 and 10 class packages) or 10 months
(for 15 and 20 class packages) from date of purchase.  If you know of an extended period of
time that you will not be able to take classes, please notify us so we can put your package on
hold.
